NOTE: Manually select Labels from the Other Type menu if the inserted labels do not show on the Paper drop down menu. Select the inserted labels from the Paper drop down menu.Create and format the document as required.
Click on New Document to Create a Document Template based on the Label Type.NOTE: If the Product Vendor or Product Number is unavailable, select a Label type that closely matches the Label design, or contact the Label vendor for support. Decide how you want to set up your address labels: Use the current document - start from the currently open document. (Or you can go to the Mailings tab > Start Mail Merge group and click Start Mail Merge > Labels. Select the Type of Labels used from the Product Number field. In the first step of the wizard, you select Labels and click Next: Starting document near the bottom.Select the Brand of Labels used from the Label Vendors drop down menu.Select Bypass Tray from the Page Printers drop down menu.NOTE: Load US Letter or A4 Size Label sheets in Long Edge Feed (LEF) Orientation. The Tray Confirmation Screen will now display at the Control Panel.
